Can someone tell me where Outlook 2003 keeps my Contact information file and my saved mail folders?

There should be a file Outlook.pst in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\squenson\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (replace the part in red by your own user name).

This single file contains everything: mails, contacts, calendar, ...

Thanks Stephane, I followed your instructions and was able to locate the file Outlook.pst. My next question is how do I transfer this file to a Windows 7 computer so that I can access it from Windows Live Mail?

    Thanks.

You may have resolved this question by now, but just in case... The following thread on Microsoft's forums make it sound like there are some extra steps now: pst file to window 7 windows live mail in Windows Live Mail Desktop.
