In my workbook I have 1 sheet for Appointments and 1 sheet for client Coordinates.
I have named a range (Clients) on the Coordinates sheet that contains the clients names and I use it on my Appointments sheet to validate the client name when entering a new appointment.
My range Clients is defined to be much bigger than the number of names I have right now on the Coordinates sheet.
How can I restrict the number of names appearing on my validation list to include only clients that I have right now and not all the blank cells as well.
I don't want to redefine my list everytime I get a new client.
