That is hardly sporting. I have a laser pointer that needs batteries that you can have, but the wattage is a bit low for anything more than impairing their target-finding capabilities.

Is it terribly wrong that I imagine a cartoony "BZZZZZZZZZZZZZT" whenever I imagine the mosquito getting zapped? Also, that video is strangely beautiful. Who knew that pest control could be so graceful and artful?

Well, sportsmanship is a two way street. Down my way, I don't see too many mosquitoes buzzing around in blindfolds in order to give me some sort of fighting chance. No, I'm afraid it's going to be sniper tactics with no holds barred if they're going to insist on keeping playing it their way.

I tend to be the same. When my other half and I are on a search & destroy mission, and she says something like, "He flew over that way." I always correct by saying, "She!"

I can't wait for this to be added as a feature on my Wii or X-Box 360! That would be a blast !!!

Hours of fun for the whole family.

And only if they had the good sense to realize that inbreeding within a royal line, while fashionable, may not be the best idea. Poor king Tut.

Here, for inspiration, is an unlikely solution to an unrelated problem:

“Forget cricket bats, golf clubs and carbon dioxide,” Associated Press reports. “Australia has found a new weapon in its war on the dreaded cane toad: cat food. Researchers with the University of Sydney found that a few tablespoons of cat food left next to ponds in the Northern Territory attracts fierce Australian meat ants, which then attack baby cane toads as they emerge from the water. … Between July and September, 2008, researchers studied tens of thousands of cane toads emerging from cat-food lined ponds and found that 98 per cent of them were attacked by meat ants within two minutes. Of the toads that escaped, 80 per cent died within a day from ant-inflicted injuries.”

Yeah, but the difference is that they are being exported to eat and take as part of a medicinal regimin. That makes it all better doesn't it?
