In Lotus notes, if I have images in my email and print, the result is the image resizes within the margins and the whole image prints.

In Outlook, if I have the same image and print, the result is the image is truncated or cut off.

Could this be an outlook configuration setting to investigate? Is there documenation?

    many thanks

According to Exchange Messaging Outlook June 22 2007 Outlook 2007 still uses its own print engine. In older versions the Outlook print engine used parts of IE to print.

Is IE7 up-to-date with patches? Any chance of using IE8?

    Joe thanks for the info

Ill take a look at the calendar print add-in.

Ill download and test IE8 and see if theres a noticeable difference with print.

With the upgrade SOE we have also just upgraded our IE from 6 to 7. Ill see the test results for IE8 and make appropriate recommendats.

    Many thanks again Joe
