We have just moved to Outlook 2007

If I print using the default printer driver settings all is fine.

If I change the print settings using the printer driver ie
goto File Print, click Properties, printer driver displays, change the settings eg Landscape, 2 pages per sheet
I get the warning message. see screen capture

I've printed to two different types of hardware printers; a canon and lexmark. result I get the same warning message regardless of hardware type.

Could this be an outlook configuration setting to investigate?

    many thanks

I think that must be new in Outlook 2007, as I don't recall ever seeing that warning in Outlook 2003. Of course, Outlook 2007 also has a new rendering engine based on Word, so perhaps the Page Setup dialog is more full featured and you no longer need to make changes using the Properties button in the Print dialog? That might be the best workaround.

(As for whether that warning can be suppressed, I don't know.)
