... and now when I respond to an email, what I see on the monitor appears to be a huge font (maybe a 48), but Outlook says it's 10. What have I done, and how do I get back to normal, please? (The incoming email looks fine and displays in the right font size. It's just when I Reply that the display jumps to a huge font size.)
    Thanks

One option is go to "Accessibility Option" in Control Panel, click on "Display" and uncheck the box next to "Use High Contrast."

Another is in Outlook, hit reply to any email then go to the View menu and go down to zoom and adjust that back to 100%.
