I am still using Windows XP. When I go to the Programs menu after clicking the start button, I have programs that run off the page (see attached picture) so that some of them canít be accessed from that menu. I want to be able to set up program groups and consolidate programs into each group in that menu (like Microsoft Office has a group with an arrow so that when I do a mouse over it would show the short cuts in that group and It can slide over and click the program I want to start). Is there a way that I can do this?

You can use Windows Explorer to do this. Your start menu is a blending of two different folders. So, you may need to make changes in each of:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu and

    C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Start Menu

You can add folders and move folders and shortcuts as you like.
