My company recently purchased a HP Color LaserJet CP3525dn printer for one of our Admins. The printer is working normally most of the time. Lately, on occassion, it decides to print a line of normal text font in a BOLD format, and then the next line is back to normal. It is mainly happening on Executive size Letterhead paper feeding from one of the paper trays. This issue does not seem to happen during normal day to day printing. I have run a printer Calibration process a couple of times, PQ Troubleshooting test pages, confirmed the proper printer drivers are in place, and the current firmware is installed. Has anyone else experienced this type of problem on this model of printer, or any model of HP printer? I have not been successful in finding any support information of the HP website. Any other thoughts would be most helpful.
