We send emails to our membership and repeatedly those with Yahoo addresses get bounced. We contacted Yahoo and they asked for our IP and said they would fix it, but we still have the problem. Any ideas?

Do you have an SPF record?
Do you send email from an IP address that is part of your domain?
Have you checked the Yahoo email policies - they should tell you how they authenticate domains?

    cheers, Paul

We contacted Yahoo and after several email exchanges they supposedly put our IP address into their system. But we are still having problems. I suspect part of the problem is that we send and receive all email through MXLogic for spam filtering. Thus the sending email server is at MXLogic.

We have finally decided that the only way to overcome this is to have people put our sending emails on their safe sender list. This is somewhat problematic because we have multiple reasons to communicate with out members. We created two specific generic mailboxes in Outlook for sending future "blasts" and authorized people here to use it communally. That way they only have to whitelist two addresses.

We are also recommending that people use an email provider other than Yahoo because we do not seem to have this problem with other providers.
