Hi all...I am using Excel 2003. I have a s/sheet with a SORT macro that sorts alphabetically. The worksheet also has a Private Sub Worksheet_Activate (worksheet change event) in it that does some conditional formatting. Currently, if I add a new name to the list, and do a SORT, the conditionally-formatted colors don't 'follow' along with the sort....so I have to move to another worksheet and then jump back to the 1st (In order to get it to 're-color' the cells properly).

I am asking how to add the Worksheet_Activate procedure to the SORT macro (or call them in sequence) so that when it sorts, it will then automatically do the 'worksheet_activate' procedure (and re-color the cells).......thank you.

Move the CF code to a separate procedure in a normal module and then call that routine from both the Activate event and the SORT code.
