Program cd opening in unzip format

since a reinstall after a total crash (windows boot manager refused to operate) Vista home prem, everytime i try to load a proram cd it displays in unzipped file format showing every file on the disc at one time instead of running set up and playing ...this has happened with Maximum PC discs and with my hp photosmart printer disc....last successful "normal" download was coffeecup zip......any help would be greatly appreciated.

Atuorun may be turned off. Simply find the "setup.exe" file or the "install.exe" file, and run it to install the program.

Autorun should always be turned off. Turning it on is asking for a virus infection.
