In my Windows 7 Power Point 2007, I can set transitions, but do not see the Icon that should appear in the lower left corner.
The Transition Icon does appear as it should on our Vista / PP07.
How did it get turned off?

Is this the icon you were thinking of?
I can see it in the Slide and the Slide Sorter view. [attachment=88352:18-03-2010 2-53-30 PM.png]

Yes, That is the icon and I cannot see it either place.
How do I turn it back on?

I have no idea - I can't find a switch for it. Have you installed the Office 2007 service pack?
