My grandson called me yesterday and wanted me to see his track meet results. It's a '.xls' file, and I can't read it. I do have MS Office 2003 Student & Teacher Edition installed, and it looks as if the booklet that came with it has a page on Excel. When I installed Office, I was mainly interested in Word so did a 'custom' install---and Excel, if it's in the program, was left out. Consequently, do I need to insert the Office disk and install only Excel this time? Thanks. jim

Yes, that is exactly what you'd do!
