Please forgive me if this has been asked before, but I did a search and could not find anything. I would like to know how to have a database shared by multiple users at the same time without the use of paswords and user rights. I have a database created in Access 2003 on a Windows XP Pro system that worked fine until I upgraded everyone to Access 2007 and Windows 7. Now, once the database is opened by someone, everyone else that opens it gets the message the database is Read Only and cannot be edited. Can someone please help? The database is set to open in shared mode. Thank you for your time.

The thread beginning with this post has a similar question, bit did not seem to ever get properly resolved. See if anything there helps you.
