The best place to go for your camara driver is back to the laptop manufacturer's website, Toshiba.

What is the make and model of your Toshiba laptop?

Toshiba should have the app you need to install your camera. When I upgraded my Sony to MS version of Win 7 all I had to do was go to the Sony site, enter my model and the site showed all the apps available for my model laptop. I have to believe Toshiba is similar. This is especially true since they sent the free upgrade to you. Sony sent me 2 free upgrades and each included the generic MS Win 7 disk and a seperate disk with the Sony branded s/w.

I also got the 'free' Toshiba Windows 7 update (£27.90, actually, in rip-off Britain), but I installed the 32-bit version 'from scratch', and the camera software came on a second DVD, a Drivers Disk. If it hadn't worked I would have gone to the Toshiba website with all the model information that is needed to find the correct download area, as previous posters have accurately suggested...
