In windows explorer left panel with all the folder displayed, the "new" folder create option is missing in the context menu when right clicking any file folder. How do I restore this?

Searched the web but couldn't find any solution.

    Thanks.
    Jay.

Go to Kelly's Korner, scroll down to line 286, click on "Restore the 'New' Context Menu to Default", download and save the .reg file and then run the file.

I tried the .reg file but it still doesn't work. I even rebooted after.

I have scanned twice already and it's all clean. Also, I have not installed any new software.

Maybe can someone post the registry part of that so I can manually edit it to copy?
