    Hey folks!

    Got a conditional formula needed. Basically, I need to have a formula to do the following:

    Cell D16 contains a date.
    Cell E16 contains a date.

    Need to conditionally format based upon E16 being greater than D16 by 7 days.

    using Excel 2007.

    Thanks,
    Brad

    =E16>(D16+7)

    Brad
