Security in OUTLOOK (2002)

I am using Outlook 2002 standalone and I want to configure my own security. I downloaded Q290497 from the Microsoft KnowledgeBase and it has a tweak that you can do to the registry to unblock Level 1 restrictions on an extension by extension basis. Does anyone know if someone has published an app that automates this process?

There's a COM addin at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm that
provides a Tools | Options property page for setting the value for the reg
key.

For more information on the security features, see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm
