    Regarding Fred Langa's 4/15/10 Article "Organizing Win7's Start menu is quick and easy" --

    Can anyone add some further comment? Good ole Fred simply said drag and drop, which is what I do with XP and that's the way Zeus meant it to be.

    Win7 Starter on my wife's netbook is a whole 'nother critter. It lets me move some items, but a bunch give me grief about permissions or "pretend" to do what I want then revert. Goober Searches gave some relief, but not total. Is this another dreaded Starter edition limitation?!

    Running as full admin is a must first and foremost.
