    time zone (2000 (9.0.0.2711))

Real quick, how do I prevent appointments from 'getting ugly' whenever I switch time zones?

I've set up birthdays, etc. in one time zone, but when I switch to another time zone, the birthdays, appointments, etc give me an annoying clock that shows the original (?) set up time.

    Any advice is welcome!

Scott, have you taken a look at this Technet article?

No, I hadn't seen that article, so thanks!

I've been making those manual changes and was hoping there'd be a "fix it to stay" method (sigh)

    Thansk for the quick response!

Flailing around here - but just a chance it might help.
Can you use the dual time zone facility?
Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Time Zone
This allows you to set up an additional time zone and, once set up, you can make that the default and either switch the old time zone off or have it as the second time zone.
The effect of this is that appointments show times based on the new time zone.
    Is this what you need?
    Hope so. <img src=/S/cheers.gif border=0 alt=cheers width=30 height=16>
