    Duchess843,
Hello, I have been using XsX Alpha Blended cursors for about 3months or so .... this program is AWESOME ! (free whatever) http://blog.tiensivu.com/aaron/archi...-package!.html Download and install. Then will ask if you want to make them "default" click yes... (it will load into C: / Windows / cursors.... if you don't like them) Easy enough to remove . They have different colors, (busy ,loading etc.) and are much easier to see over the plain white cursor. Regards Fred

Windows list dozens of cursors in the Control Panel>Mouse properties, even animated ones. I use a large black arrow.

    RochelleP,
Hello,Just wanted to pass along for anyone who is interested, these are what the XsX cursors ("pointers") look like .... for me certainly easier to see than a "large black arrow" Regards Fred

Thanks Fred, for going to all that trouble, but I've found a way within Windows 7 to make the cursor black. Therefore I won't be needing the program, what I have now will do.

Gee Rochelle, I was just there today and when I found Windows Black (system scheme) I stopped viewing the rest of the list. I'm going back to find the animated ones. I wanted anything but white ones.

    Thanks for the tip.
