Online Help software (VB5)

I wrote on-line help using VB5 supplied software originally using Word 97. All worked OK. But now I have upgraded to Word 2000 the fomating of new help screens once compiled shows some lines as bulleted text. There is nothing in the word doc to cause this. Is this software not compatable with Word 2000 and if so how easy is it to upgrade the on-line help software. I am a trainer not a programmer and no-one else in the comany has ever used this particular piece of software.

Which piece of software? Are you using the Microsoft Help Workshop (I've forgotten what it was called in the previous version)? If so, yes there's an HTML help workshop you need to use for VB6/Office 2K. It comes with Office Developer, Visual Studio and (I think) VB6 Pro. You can probably also download it, although I haven't checked on that.
