    I have an Epson Photo R220 printer which I have been happily using for several years now. Two days ago, after topping up the ink system (CISS) a message flashed up on my screen saying that the printer had reached the end of its useful life. it has steadfastly refuse to work since. I read some years ago of this happening on Epson printers and that there was a utility available to switch it off and enable the printer to work again.

    Does anyone know if there is such a utility and if so where can I get it?
