I am sure that a lot of you know about this, but Oh well.
I was trying to simplify a call list that I was going through this morning and using the styles to do so. I went so far as to make a key so I would know what the style I selected would notate.
I thought that there has to be an easier way to do this, so in playing around, I right clicked on a style, and chose duplicate. I was then able to enter in the text that I wanted and now all I have to do is select it and it highlights the row that I selected. In doing this I also noted that the styles I selected are at the top of the style list too. Thanks John
