Hi
Some time ago I purchased a External Box (Dataone) and place an old SATA drive in it. When I plug it in to my computer (USB) my computer (Windows XP sp3) recognizes that a new device is attached and informs me the device is ready to use. But... I can not see the device. I took it back to the store where I purchased it.. they plugged it in and it showed up and listed the files on the system.
Any thoughts on why my computer will not show it. I also have a second computer (same operating system) that has the same symptoms

Also check for it in the "device manager".DRIVE IMAGING
