I have a laptop with Win7 Pro (32 bit) and Office 2007 Student Edition installed. Can I now instal Outlook 2003 without problem? Did I need to install it to a different Program Files directory? Are there any issues to be expected, or would it just be better to uninstall O2k7 and then install O2k3 including Outlook? My main pc uses O2k3.

The rule with Office is to install in order from oldest to newest. So, you should uninstall Office 2007, install Outlook 2003, reinstall Office 2007.

Joe, is this true even though the 2007 Student Edition does not include Outlook?

With all the common components in Office, I recommend adhering to that just to avoid possible conflicts.
