Whenever my computer comes out of Standby (Suspend) mode, I get this error message indicating that some tasks did not execute because the task scheduler was not running. However, the task scheduler _is_ running and it works properly - even when the scheduled event occurs while the computer is in Standby mode. The error is not real. How do I get rid of the error message? (Or auto-OK it?) This did not always happen; but I am unaware of any special event that preceded its starting to happen. I believe that I have also occasionally seen the error message when I returned to my already-logged-in unprivileged account after having used my account with admin privileges.

Running Windows XP Home with auto-login to an unprivileged account, which is almost always the only logged in account and the one from which I suspend.
