I'm running the SQL Import wizard to import a text file to an existing table. In the final step, just bring the save SSIS package, the run immediately is disable. Why this happens?

What version of SQL Server are you using? If you have an SSIS package from an older version and are trying to run it on 2005 or 2008, there are some issues. Those versions have different import/export functions that do not require and SSIS package.

SQL 2008 R2 ENT. The problems is just in one table. I don't have the same issue with other tables.

Was the SSIS package generated in SQL Server 2008 R2? That's a brand new product, just released this Month, and you may be working with a Beta version - although I did some work with the Beta version and found it to be pretty stable. Without knowing alot more about the table structure and how you are doing the import, it's impossible to suggest alternatives you might try.
