I have upgraded Vista to Win7 by using the dual boot, starting Win7 with 50 GB of 320GB disk. Now that I have been running for a few months I want to change it so that is is 50 GB of Vista and
    270 GB of Win7.

Problem: I can decrease the Vista by 100 GB but I can not add it to the Win7 because it is on the wrong side of the partition.
I did install the free community editon of EASEUS which says that it can expand the partion on either side, but it gives and error and to contact Tech Support
(who does not help people with the free edition), and there is nothing on their tech support site to help me.

I used the free Partition Wizard and did exactly what you are attempting to do on 3 different PC's. It can be done.
