This is my first post and is a minor problem.
A while ago I did a clean out of the system using Advanced System Care 3. Since then whenever I want to move or resize a window, only the frame moves and when
I release the mouse button the window shifts to the new position or size. Previously of course the window itself moved or resized as it was dragged.
How do I get back to this much more convenient system.
    Cheers Pete.

Check or ensure that the "show windows content while draging" checkbox is marked.
In Windows XP, go to right click on "my Computer" >>Advanced>>performance.
