Iím having problems with the last part of a macro. The macro deletes 4 columns, sorts on column G then subtotals column H with each change in column G. The final piece is to remove all the rows where the subtotal is zero so that just the non zero subtotals are left. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks Michele

Here's a workbook that should solve your problem. It picks up after your delete the columns. There are 2 Macros SortSubTotalFilter {Ctrl+Shift+S} which does what I think you want, however it filters out the zero rows it does not delete them. The other macro ResetData {Ctrl+Shift+R} resets the sheet back to its starting position.

    Hope this helps.

Note: I realized that this will also remove rows for the value in G where the value in H is 0 even though the sub-total for G is greater than 0!
