    Hi All,

I Have two word documents both of them are similar in content. One copy is formatted copy and the other one is reviewed copy having the commnets.
I would like to collate the comments present in another document in the formatted document.
    Can it be possible?

    Kindly guide.

    Regards,

Can you describe the layout you want in a little more detail? And are these Word comments (the kind that appear in bubbles or in the Comment pane), or are these part of the text? I suspect there might not be an automated way to do what you want to do, but perhaps using the merge/compare tools, you can get closer than having to do it all by hand.

    Hi,
Yes, I am talking about the comments in Bubbles, that we insert while reviewing the document.
with merge the format of the document along with wronmg formatting also het merged, I just would like to merge the comment part in to final copy having comments from the old documents, inserted at the same place as the previous one is having.

In Word 2003's Compare and Merge documents dialog, there is a checkmark for 'Find formatting', which will probably be checked by default. Try turning off that checkmark before doing the merge - this should bring across only the comments.
