    Never done this myself but find someone with a copy of Access 97 Developers Handbook or a later version if there is one (by Paul Litwin,Ken Getz and Mike Gilbert) or buy a copy its a very useful book.

    It has a whole chapter on how to handle this thing, with the code on how to resize a form to fit your screen resolution at load time.

    I avoid the problem by always designing for the lowest common denominator.

    I develop for SVGA(800x600), unless I specifically know the client has a higher resolution. I insist on minimum SVGA. Time to get rid of that 14" monitor and get a larger one!

    There are various solutions. I believe in the Compuserve forum libraries (follow link below), there is a product call shrinker/stretcher, which is supposed to handle this. But it will still be a problem regardless.
