    I am using Word 2003 and have a standard forms/letters used regularly, these are saved as templates. How do I now make a toolbar button for each?

    Do you want a toolbar button to start a new document based on a specific template? If so, do Tools / Customize and that presents a dialog box where you can add a button to a toolbar, and assign a command to it. This Microsoft Support article gives you lots of details about what you can do with the Customize approach.
