I keep getting a Windows Media Player error. It won't let me use any other programs and I can't get rid of the message. The error says Windows Media Player has encountered an error sending the file.

I can't reach my Uninstaller and I've restarted my computer but the error reappears. How can I stop this error message and get back the full use of my computer.

I need help and as soon as possible.

If the error is still happening please provide more details.

    What operating system?

What is the exact text of the error?

Does the error happen immediately when you boot the system?

For Catharine & Joe= Please be advised that the player is now installed and running. There's no longer a problem, please consider this topic as closed.

The fix for the player error was I used System Restore. When Windows started all the desktop shortcuts worked and the player played with no error messages.
