    I need this file to reload an HP printer disc. My xp machine won't allow access to the install disc in d:\
    Any other suggestions?

    Please clarify; attempting to install the printer drivers and or the software [photosmart]?

    Try to uninstall your CD/DVD ROM device in the device manager. It should reinstall itself upon boot.
    That's asuming your D drive is your CD/DVD ROM drive.

    trayapp.msi is located on the supplied HP disk.
