    While you were out

In Outlook 98, there was a form that allowed you to send a form to a colleague when you got a phone message for them. Is it still available in Outlook 2000? If so, where? And if so, how do I get an icon on the toolbar (for both versions, if different)that will take me to the form. Also, if I create my own custom form, how do I get an icon on the toolbar to select it automatically instead of having to go throught the menu bar?

i think it's still available in outlook downloads at http://www.officeupdate.com.

when published to a folder, it's on the actions menu when in that folder. also, ol2000 can have hyperlinks on the buttons, so you can add the form to a button. For ol98, see http://www.slipstick.com and search for paul qualls form launcher.
