I have placed "Work" on my menu bar in Word 2003 (Tools, Customize, Commands Tab, Built in Menus, drag Work to bar) to access frequently used documents faster.[attachment=88896:Work.jpg]

Now I would like to edit the list since items 4 - 7 are dead links and no longer open. Can anyone tell me the secret for doing this. I have reset, I have deleted Work, I have rebooted, I have run as administrator under Win7 64.

Thanks for letting me post my question.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Went to the Work Menu in addbalance site, followed the instructions and issue resolved. Again, thanks so much for your help. Ray
