I am running Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000. I have several hundred personal folders where I file messages. I have these folders set to archive and delete everything that is more than 3 months old. The archive file is on a file server on the network. The file server is being upgraded to a bigger and faster server which will have a new name (the old one and the new one are currently both there). This means that when my personal network storage area gets moved to the new server, my archive .PST file will have a new path. The question is, how do I change the archive target file for all of those folders? If I go to tools/options and change the folder path in the Autoarchive options, that changes the path for new folders, but all current folders do not change. How can I change the path for all of these existing folders?
