    Inserting Cations in Tables (2000 SR-1)

    I made a Word document from Powerpoint, using the Send To command in PPT. It creates a 3 column table with the slide number in the left column, slides inserted in the middle column and notes in the right column. I want to Insert Captions in either the Left column cells or under the slides in the middle column. But every time I use the Insert Captions commend, it puts the caption at the very end of the document.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi T-Man,

    Are you selecting the graphic of the slide first prior to inserting the caption?

    If not then the caption will indeed appear below the entire table rather than below the slide.
