    Scam32.exe and Sirc32.exe

A friend of mine still on W95 (poor guy) called me over with a corrupt scam32.exe error, then a can't find sirc32.exe error. The scam32.exe had recently been added to the WindowsSystem directory. No other signs of virus. Does anyone recognize these files?

The missing sirc32.exe error blocks access to run commands such as regedit and explorer.exe.

    Chris,
    What can I say?
Some are born great. Some have greatness thrust upon them.

(Thank you, Moniq, your kind words are appreciated, but unfortunately unjustified <img src=/S/blush.gif border=0 alt=blush width=15 height=15> )

If we abandon the monarchy, would you like to stand for President?
We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.
