Outlook 2003 usually is able to autocomplete email addresses as I enter them in the To: field, even if those addresses are not in my Contacts. But when I restore my computer to factory condition, and reload my existing .pst file, that autocomplete of addresses not in contacts is no longer working. Does anyone know where these are stored, so I can look into saving them before I do my restore?

    Thanks

    Hi Vincenzo

These are stored in files with extension .nk2.

This article gives an very good description of those and other outlook files and their locations:

For others who have Outlook 2010, see Outlook 2010 Backup and File Locations.
