Trying to locate a copy of Outlook Express. Love it and want to install it on a computer, XP, if I knew where to go to download it.

    Anyone help, please.

I comes with XP, I know of no place where it can be downloaded.
It should be there unless you found a way to remove it.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

It is also a part of the XP service pack 3.
You can also repair the default XP OE, or reinstall it.

    Thanks.
Is it possible to "copy" it from my current XP machine and install it on my new Windows 7 machine?

No, Windows 7 will not work with Outlook Express or vice versa.
