I have just started using MS Office 2010, my previous word processor was Office 2003. So I don't know if this was an issue with the 2007 version or not.
My problem is with using Word to create a single address label. When it prints on the sheet the text is aligned top left. I would like it to be aligned center left. I can't find a way to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

In the Page Setup dialog, Layout tab, you can center the content of your page vertically. On the Word 2007 ribbon, Page Layout tab, if you click the little box in the lower right of the Page Setup section, you can call up that dialog. Does it work in Word 2010? And does that help?

Those named dialog tabs don't seem to exist in Word 2010.
If I am printing from a full page of labels, then I can get to what is called Table Tools and Layout. There I can adjust for the alignment of the cells to Center Left. But it defaults back to Top Left when I attempt to just print a single label.

Maybe someone can give you some guidance on how to change the default table cell style in Word 2010. I think you may need to set that style to be aligned top center so that when you choose to print a single label and it picks that default table/cell style setting, it prints correctly. (Just a guess.)
