I am having trouble testing (FORMULAS in columns S, T, U) to see if the "MWM DATA" combined columns K & L agree with the ABC DATA in combined COLUMNS BD or EF or HI and the same for columns N & O and Q & R.

    Any suggestions.

    MNN,

Could you please explain in more detail what you are trying to accomplish? From what I can see if you have a blank in any one of the ABC columns and a blank in the tested MWM columns you have a value of AGREE. With out understanding what you are trying to accomplish this doesn't, at least to me, seem to make sense. Sorry if I'm being dense. A table of expected results for rows 7-14 or so would be a big help. I'm also not sure what you mean by having trouble testing.

    MNN,

Here's an interesting development. I tried to shorten your formula using an OR as follows:
    =IF(OR((K11&L11)=(C11&B11),(K11&L11)=(F11&E11),(K1 1&L11)=(I11&H11)),"AGREE", "NO MATCH")
The formula evaluates to False (row 11)(see below) however it returns "AGREE". Ideas anyone?

When I evaluate that formula with your test.xls I get "NO MATCH"...
