    I am using Outlook 2007 with Win XP, on a laptop. I want to retain my emails in my In Box, until I may choose to move them to another location. I apparently have configured Outlook to move all of my In Box items, always occuring on the first day of each month. I am unable to locate the setup tool, to prevent that recurring transfer of my emails. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

    Have you looked at your AutoArchive settings for your Inbox - to do that, right click on your Inbox Folder in the left-hand Navigation Bar and choose properties. AutoArchive is one of the tabs.
