    Is there a shortcut method ? When creating a new task, I want a differant font size and color as well as a differant gant bar color! Any help appreciated....

    I don't know if a style type thing can be used but you could create a macro to perform these formatting tasks and then put a button on the toolbar to run the macro.

    The code would look something like this
    Code:
    Font Name:="Calibri"
    Font Size:="14"
    GanttBarFormat StartColor:=0, MiddleColor:=3, EndColor:=0

    Take a look under the Format Menu at Text Styles and Bar Styles. There's a wealth of options there....
