Edited by Moderator: it's not wise to post your email address, spammers/phishers and other malcontents may misuse it. And the objective of WSL is to get answers here in the forums and threads, not as replies via email.

Find and back up your PST, copy your Profile settings, then do a reinstall of Outlook to see if the problem is fixed.

Better to replace Outlook XP/2002 with Outlook 2003 or later, as the later versions use a unicode file format which handles larger file sizes. Provided you back up your present Outlook PST you will not lose your email, contact, task and calendar data, but you should create a new PST in the newer format and copy that data from the old format PST to the new one.
