    When I go to the National Weather Service radar-loop, after installing AF on 6/6, it takes forever to load up the radar scan in motion! Anybody else out there having this problem? I do not seem to be having any video problems with other sites. Is Java a part of this program (AF) because it showed an icon in my taskbar previously? Not anymore. I'm running Java 6, Update 20, so evidentally it is not a part of Adobe Flash 10.1-beta. Talk about confusing---! jim

    Flash and Java are entirely separate programs. However, someone could create a page that uses both of them if they wanted.

    What is the URL of the radar loop page that is performing poorly?

    I have learned that Flash will not work with 64 bit IE 8. I have 3 sites I visit regularly that I have to open with 32 bit IE 8.

    Don't know about Java. Maybe someone else could comment on Java and 32-64 bits.

    For Jim Hazard::::::::::::::

    I didn't mention that weather radar is one site that only plays in 32 bits.

    That is correct, Flash is not yet available in 64 Bit version. Adobe has had their hands full keeping ahead of security problems I guess. Java is available in both a 32 Bit and 64 Bit version. I have installed both without problem. At this time I only use the 32 Bit version of IE when I use IE.
