    There is a free version of PowerArchiver available from Betanews
    "Extra" functions such as disk burning are disabled.
    There is also a TrialPay offer to obtain a "Free" registration for the full version - this is also described on a web page that opens after installation.

    Note: also offers a trial version of Registry Booster on installation - but you can deselect this.

    According to the publisher's blog, it's free for personal use, so business users still have to pay. For home users, this is great news, as the program is much more feature rich than truly free zip software.
